It is new and unused. I pulled it out of the plastic package to look at it and take a picture...$90.00 shipped.
I ordered this from Botach tactical on 11-27-2009...long story short, it didn't arrive until today and I already bought a Troy backup sight while busy arguing with Botach over the delay with the ARMS (who charged my credit card the day of the order). Needless to say, I will never order from them again and would not recommend anyone else give them their money either.
