WikiLeaks tweet
From Techie-buzz:Finally cracked the encryption to US military video in which journalists, among others, are shot. Thanks to all who donated $/CPUs.
I am anxious for April 5th to roll around to see what becomes of this. To those of us who religiously follow "leaks & whistleblowers" newswires, this would explain why Wikileaks has suddenly appeared on the Pentagons radar with hellfire and scorn. For those of you who don't know, what a large portion of the educated population of the world now knows, and was even the intended subject of a BBC story........................ CIA paramilitary units coupled with some "special" PMC teams have been functionally in control of Afghanistan's Opium production for some time now. Russia wants us to burn the Poppy crops, they have no intention of doing so. For those who doubt the reality of this, I have read volumes of information from CIA registered charter planes that were supposed to be used for "extraordinary rendition" crashing inside the US borders with tons of 99.9% pure cocaine as their cargo (at least twice), to a former head of the DEA admitting on tape that the "War on Drugs" is pointless since the CIA has been a major importer of narcotics since the 1970's. Then there was the ridiculous staged suicide / murder of investigative journalist Gary Webb of the "Iran-Contra scandal" fame who was about to produce credible witnesses and evidence that linked names of the big players involved (high level CIA officers, the Clintons) in setting up the means for narcotics to be delivered through a Mena, Arkansas airport. If this video turns out to be the real thing, it will have any honest media beating down Ron Pauls door to get further information on a statement he recently made at a Campaign for Liberty event, where he proclaimed that the CIA is truly running it's own military campaigns throughout the world for it's own benefit. Who's watching the watchers?WikiLeaks has promised to reveal a Pentagon murder cover-up at the US National Press Club on April 5. Although, very little information is available about the nature of the information available to WikiLeaks, it is definitely sensitive enough to prompt the US government into action.
A flurry of recent updates on the official WikiLeaks Twitter
account suggests that they are currently under an aggressive US and Icelandic surveillance operation
. Here are the recent tweets by WikiLeaks in chronological order:

One related person was detained for 22 hours. Computer’s seized. That’s www.skup.no...
We know our possession of the decrypted airstrike video is now being discussed at the highest levels of US command.
If you know more about the operations against us, contact secure.wikileaks.org...
We have been shown secret photos of our production meetings and been asked specific questions during detention related to the airstrike.
We have airline records of the State Dep/CIA tails. Don’t think you can get away with it. You cannot. This is WikiLeaks.
In the past, WikiLeaks has played a pivotal role in exposing wrongdoing. It has managed to remain true to its principle of only publishing documents of political, diplomatic, historical or ethical interest. Over the years, it has managed to gain both respect and reputation for making a positive impact.
At the moment, the big question is, did WikiLeaks byte off more than it can chew?
