Just a heads-up that THOSE style of handguards are like hens teeth to find and you'll probably pay closer to $150-200 for them if you can find them. There are a few other options that are less expensive if you're trying to avoid the 4-pic railed handguards.
On AR15.com, someone sold a SIG 556 lot last week that included a couple handguards and you may be able to reach out to the buyer of it to convince him to sell you one - though it's not the exact style you pictured above.

Oh dang I didn’t know those were so hard to find, would you happen to know where I could possibly get any parts for the SIG P556 like the recoil spring or firing pin and spring and or the extractor and spring? SIG 556 parts aren't made anymore, generally speaking. Some parts are interchangeable with SIG 550/551/553 parts depending upon what you are looking for. The gas system length in the 556 carbine with the short system is unique, so those will be harder to source.

I think you mean GetewoodSupplyCo.com.
However, Gatewood hasn't had those carbine handguards for many, many years. They have the SIG 556XI handguards, which are not compatible with a non XI version of the 556. They also have the longer-length handguards, but those aren't compatible with his rifle either.

The hand guards you’re seeking are super rare. Lots of P556’s shipped with swat quad rails. I’d value the ones you want over the quad rails ($200+?). Do you have a quad rail on yours now? Somebody might be up for an even trade.
