A BILL
To increase public safety and reduce the threat to domestic security by including persons who may be prevented from boarding an aircraft in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the `No Fly, No Buy Act of 2009'.
SEC. 2. INCLUSION OF PERSONS WHO MAY BE PREVENTED FROM BOARDING AN AIRCRAFT IN THE NATIONAL INSTANT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK SYSTEM.
(a) In General- Section 103(f) of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act (18 U.S.C. 922 note) is amended by inserting `, notwithstanding any regulation prescribed under section 40119(b) of title 49, United States Code' before the period.
(b) Transfer or Other Disposition of Firearm to Such Persons- Section 922(d) of title 18, United States Code, is amended--
(1) by striking `or' at the end of paragraph ( 8 ) ;
(2) by striking the period at the end of paragraph (9) and inserting `; or'; and
(3) by inserting after paragraph (9) the following:
`(10) is an individual who is required, under regulations prescribed under section 114(h) of title 49, United States Code, to be prevented from boarding an aircraft.'.
(c) Shipment, Transport, Possession, or Receipt of Firearm by Such Persons- Section 922(g) of title 18, United States Code, is amended--
(1) by striking `or' at the end of paragraph ( 8 ) ;
(2) by striking the comma at the end of paragraph (9) and inserting `; or'; and
(3) by inserting after paragraph (9) the following:
`(10) who is an individual who is required, under regulations prescribed under section 114(h) of title 49, United States Code, to be prevented from boarding an aircraft,'.
There are already Vets who have seen their 2nd Amendment rights vanish because of the DHS report. Now they're moving on to the next group of victims.
On May 15, 2007, then Congressman Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) now Chief of Staff for Obama Administration stated that everyone on the No Fly list should be denied the 2nd Amendment. PERIOD. No appeal, no due process, no 2nd Amendment. This man is an
ISRAELI citizen taking away American Rights.
Here's the bill to do it.
The list now contains more than a MILLION people. Senator Ted Kennedy, Rep. John Lewis, and former Senator Ted Steven’s wife, Catherine Stevens are on the list to mention a few. There are 1 year old children on the list. Housewives on are on the list. It is estimated that 50%+ of the people on the No Fly list
don't know they're on it!
Think they'll stop there? They won't. They will continue to whittle away at the people who are still allowed to buy/own firearms one group at a time until there are none left.

H.R. 2159 works hand in hand with H.R. 2401. This is how it will be done. Not by outlawing or canceling the 2nd Amendment, but by removing people's access to it, one group at a time.

Attorney General’s discretion to deny transfer of a firearm - the wording used - if the Attorney General determines that the transferee is known (or appropriately suspected) to be or have been engaged in conduct constituting, in preparation for, in aid of, or related to terrorism, or providing material support thereof...

922B doesn't replace 922A, it's follows it as an insertion.
and of course, there are provisions that allow them to withhold disclosure of information used to deny you your 2nd Amendment Rights in the interest of national security.
Remember that DHS report that labels Ron Paul followers and people who buy guns and ammo as potential terrorists? They haven't backed down from that.

Those MIAC type reports? The ones that list the same people as "violent radicals and terrorists"?
See how those can tie into this? Holder gets to bypass due process completely and specify that you are denied the 2nd Amendment because you fit into one of those demographics or are on the No Fly list (now with it's own bill! H.R.2401).
And that's the Attorney General of the Unites States of America - hard to fight that guy in his own court system!
Still think that was all conspiracy theory? The price of Liberty is eternal vigilance. You think they're writing all these reports, creating all this policy, and trying to pass these laws for the fun of it?
Please write to your reps and senators, and check the G.O.A. regularly to oppose this type of b.s.
