Had that happen to me at 400 rounds. Just lock tite her back down and she'll be good to go.
...screws sometimes tend to back out...not a big deal...
...use a trox T20 bit ...
...when resetting the screws apply a small drop of blue loctite # 242 on the treads of each screw...follow the manufactures directions on the loctite...IMO you need to do this...no need to over torque them this way...just nice and snug so they won't back out...you don't want to risk damaging the treads in the studs...
