Hello all, I am new to the long gun family. I live in the wonderful state of California, and will need to conform to the local regs if I want to stay out of trouble. I own a Sig Swat Patrol, chambered in 5.56. I need to figure out what generation I have so that I can purchase a hand grip fin. Can anyone direct me as to how to figure out my generation?

Hi, just get some kydex sheet and make your own. You can wrap the grip with heat gun, then use double stick tape to hold it together. I doubt there is anyone making grip fins for the 556 guns, but Amazon has the Kydex and its cheap.

Thank you for the advise. I will attend some UTube University classes to see if this is a viable option for me.
