reproduction of original 3 prong sig flash hider

mfi sells the 3 prong reproduction of the original sig 550 & 552 commando flash hider. I have one on mine I bought from Michael Frost, CEO of MFI. MFI is dedicated to producing high quality replacement products for sig owners, check them out at http://www.mfiap.com/smallarms/sig556.shtml#552fs. I dont work for them, but since I bought from them, can only advocate for them as they have great service and products.

I would like to find out where the 4 prong flash hider can be bought... any help would be appreciated.

I'm thinking of going with the 3 prong from MFI for both my 556 and 522, does the barrel need to be cut to remove the shoulder profile on both barrels or does it continue from where the flare leaves off?

A good reason to send both to ADCO for the barrel work!

No barrel cutting is necessary with the MFI 3 prong, screws right on.
