I just got in two MD-20's actually. I was in the later part of the second order. They shoot okay tho they take some fandangling to get seated properly haha
Yeah I don't own any other shotguns; I was raised in a household where the Mini 14 was the best thing since sliced bread and my dad just bought his first shotgun when we went to a gunshow together last fall. It was a Remington 1100. Very nice gun. I bought two Saiga's, one for investment and one for defence.
I can't really imagine the Remington would be much better on clays; with the 5 round mags they're very quick on target and like I said, the gun points very naturally. Once I decide If I'm going to buy another gun I might consider converting from the fullstock to a folder. I hate the stock stock haha. It's really a piece of crap, but it gets the job done.
I wasn't all that embarrased at the range. I love my Saiga unabashedly; it's a great gun and I wish I had bought three or four. My GF complains about my obsession with firearms, but thats just me. I've always been into this kind of thing.
The only thing that bugs me about the Saiga's is the no last round hold open. I know there are aftermarket ones out there but it's still annoying. Makes mag changes that much slower :/
