Friend of mine stopped by the office last night with these.
One is a WW2(oops) Walther P-38 in great shape with the leather holster and 2 magazines.









The other was more rare and in unbelieveable shape. Its a civil war piece, took some knocking around to ID the thing. Its a French Lefaucheux 1854 pinfire revolver in 7mm. They were used by both sides of the Civil War. I was floored by the condition of this thing. I am guessing that the "U" with the star over it is a Union Army marking on the cylinder...

thanks, nothing special. Shot on my desk with a Cannon digital elph camera. The closeups are on the digital macro setting. I just tried to cover the other pictures on my desk with some white paper.

NYC great guns and pics. Are those even legal in NY state? LOL great post. Have you gotten to fire your 556 yet? Send me a PM and let me know.
