Here's a new addition to the collection, the new FNP-45 Tactical.

Double Action 8-10 lbs. & Single Action 3.75-6 lbs.;
empty weight 29.9 oz.; with full 15 round mag 43.2 oz.;
5.3" barrel; 6" sight radius with Trijicon high profile combat night sights front and rear;
four accessory adjustable backstraps, and 3 magazines;
ambi mag release, ambi slide release, and ambi safety;
safety functions as decocker;
threaded barrel with muzzle cap, loaded chamber indicator;
slide cap covering mounting plate for mini-red-dot electronic sights; and
of course, a 1913 rail for accessories.

I'll add some more pictures for those of you who roll with high speed, but I wanted to include a closeup of the gun for our friends out in the rural areas that only have dial-up access:

Thanks for posting for us rural dial-up dinosaurs too! 8)

That entire upper slide almost looks like a SIG clone!

Hey, SkyPup!

Yeah, I have to admit -- I have to roll with dial up, when I head out to the country to get away from the city mice, so I always take that into account.

The FNP-45 Tactical actually holds 16 rounds (15 + 1). Faster than reloading the SIG P220...I am looking forward to comparing accuracy!

The build quality of the FN guns equals the build quality of the SIGs -- without a doubt two of the best manufacturers of small arms today.

I wanted one of these to match up with my FDE SCAR 16Ss, and it matches those rifles perfectly. They look great side by side!

I will have to shoot a "family picture" soon (I was going to today but ran out of time because of springtime watering...).

Clyde, with a smile a mile wide!

I want one. I like the idea of adding a red dot sight that will co-witness with the stock iron sights and still clear the suppressor.
When you quit grinning about your purchase, let us know about the accuracy? Vey nice.

Thanks, and I will be glad to, DTC! Dying to know myself...!

But truthfully, it will be awhile before I can get this bigazz grin off my face! I have been waiting for this pistol for a long time....

Having an electronic red dot sight on the slide,
readily available to the shooting public,
without having to employ a gunsmith,
or be a member of a factory or industry shooting team,
is going to revolutionize the handgun industry.

Somewhere, John Moses Browning must be smiling right now....
