I picked one up after Xmas and have taken it out twice, once with lots of snow the GRN/RED reticule were washed out except on highest red setting, the black default worked fine in the snowy setting.
Last Friday was perfect weather and no washout was experienced. I've only shot it at 50 and 100 yards, it is zero'd for 100 and I'd agree, my first (8) shots were all 10's. If you have a long stock you may have trouble with relief, you have to make sure you get a good consistent cheek weld for the best accuracy. Simply point and shoot I was able to keep it in the torso. I'll add a picture later tonight.
I got mine from Optics Planet for 299.99 and free shipping, course they charged me tax because they're in-state so that was a no gain.
