Hey guys, I'm hoping a few who have experience installing the Troy battlerail will chime in. I received the unit today, and installation went smooth until the very end. I was tightening the last screw, (the tensioning one) which pushes the plastic arm against the gas block. It doesn't tighten up and the arm rattles around. My question is...does the arm sit on the outside or inside of the block? It's to my understanding it sits inside, and the screw clamps it from the outside. If this is how it's supposed to be, then it appears the screw Troy supplied is too small and I will have to contact them tomorrow to get a replacement. I just wanted to check with you guys first before bothering them just to double check I'm not doing something wrong, thanks!

If it helps any, I had the same problem and just removed thing. I really don't see why they put that there. It's solid already. Just more to "screw" with when taking it off and putting it back on.
