Sold my OEM stock and went with the DDLES adapter. Kit did not come with the hinge pin needed to use, and DDLES wants $20 for one. mmmmkay.... Anyone got a spare?

Just get a piece of the appropriate rod-stock and cut it to the right length. They are just friction-fit anyway. You could maybe even use the unthreaded shank of a bolt or something you may have kicking around.

I dunno... maybe it's just me, but $20 seems reasonable for one.

I don’t think DDLES is selling SAN Swiss pins. Probably pieces of rod stock trimmed and beveled.

Hard to say. I mean; they don't have it pictured or even listed on their site. Do they offer both lengths (Swiss & US)?

I have never even been able to get on the DDLES site. Is there some kind of trick to it?

I am emailing the owner and he makes them, I have not seen an image of the hinge pin but I went ahead and ordered one. I will post the results when I get it.

Is the notched pin necessary for the stock to fold?

Are you referring to the little groove around the center of the pin? That groove is of little consequence. Best I can tell is it serves to interface with a little ridge on the inside of the hinge pin hole in the stock, perhaps preventing the pin from walking out. I have used smooth pins with no issues on multiple guns.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm asking, and thanks for answering.

Received the pin and it works great, he even includes a little washer to tighten the gap. Not sure if the product is hidden on his website, but here's the link he directed me to. He also cut me a discount so I believe it ended up being $16 shipped.
