I don't have that particular light but I do have Surefires and one Fenix light.
Believe it or not it outputs just as well or better then the Surefires.
It is unknown how long it will last as I've only had mine about two weeks but it seems well made.

I know this reply is months late but I thought to post it in case others run across this thread like I did.

I run the Fenix TK11 and have used it as my primary tac light, weapon light, and all around flashlight for a few years. It's been dropped from over 20 feet up onto a concrete warehouse floor, soaked in rain and mud, tossed around in gear bags, etc.

It kicks butt! If I had to choose a single word to describe it, that word would be QUALITY.

Very bright, good on batteries, and extremely durable. Another plus is that although it uses the 123 batteries, one can also purchase the 18650 rechargeable battery and the charger. They last so long that I end up swapping them out just to keep a good rotation on the batteries going.

I just bought the Fenix TK 11 R5...285 lumins! This light is the balls, it lights up the night unreal. Very white light, I have left it on for an extended period of time and it was cool to the touch, super efficient. My old Steramlight Stinger would literally melt the plastic lense if I did that. I bought the pressure switch and a mount for my 556 and I'm gonna buy another for on-duty...AWESOME LIGHT.
