Hey, that's a great idea. You could start a telegram service to communicate with the enemy. People could submit messages they want you to send to the Talibs, you would charge by the letter, like Western Union used to, then write the message on rounds and send them over to the other side.

Longer messages might have to be belt fed, for instance my message "An experienced girl with a dirty mind is a lot more fun than 72 virgins." would take about 3/4 of a belt to send, and would require one large round at the end for the period. If you actually want to get into grammer, you might go so far as to insert tracers for the spaces between words ....
