I bought the 590 in Wisconsin while mobilzing for 2nd deployment to Iraq. I left it with a friend and he said he would send it to me when I got home... Here it is.

I had the Sig sight left over because I put an Eotech on my 556.

Knoxx Spec Ops recoil reducing stock and a 6 round side saddle. Now all I need is.

No, I'm asking if you like the paint job on my SIG and to paint my shotgun similar. Or just keep it like it is.

Nice shootgun, thats one of my favorites.

You should get the metal shroud for the barrel, helps when it gets hot.

I love my 590A1 but it is the parkerized version and so less bright and shiny than yours which I think is, tactically, a liability.

If you decide to paint your 590 I think any pattern would look cool and help dull the light reflections off of it. You did a nice job on your SIG.

Ullie is right, I should have said "relatively" bright and shiny when compared to a regular parkerized version.

I think I am gonna keep it how it is. Except I wanna find a flashlight for it. Anyone know of a CHEAP place to get a surefire forend?

I took it to the range yesterday and put 110 rounds through it. Mixed with 1oz slugs, 00 buck shot, and bird shot. My shoulder doesn't hurt at all! the light loads with the recoil reduction stock helped out a lot. I could shoot (big sexy) all day!
