New 522 triggers are finally available from ShootingSight for $135.

    These triggers feature:

    Tool steel construction.
Polished sear surfaces for crisp break.
Low friction/high hardness surface coating for butter smooth pull, even if you run it dry in a dirty/tactical environment.
    Eliminated the annoying 'pre-first-stage' creep.

What I have not yet solved is making it into a true 2-stage. SIG took the plunger out of the lower receiver, and it's easy enough to add one back in, except that they also eliminated the hole it was in, and I will not sell a kit that requires people to drill a hole in their receiver (and blaming me when they screw it up).

I'm having a website redesign done, so it will be a couple of weeks before I have a web page up for this, so you will have to contact me directly. Also note, I travel to Germany for the IWA gun show on Wednesday, so I will be in spotty communication for about 10 days after that.

Steve Patton, if you are reading this, I still have your lower, and it will be coming back to you with one of the new triggers installed, and with my thanks.

I'm back from Europe, I hope to get your lower mailed out this week - I want to photograph it for the installation instructions.

    Art,
Just ordered a 556 sear/hammer kit off your web site, so if want when you send 522 lower back just send the 556 kit with it to save some shipping if you see this in time.

    Thanks

No, I have not sent the 522 lower back, because I have been overwhelmed by the SCAR trigger project. Now that you put the pressure on, I'll get it photographed and out.

556 triggers are backordered about 2 weeks. I've got new ones done, heat treated, and polished, so they go out for surface coating Monday. THat's a 10 day turnaround.
