I have two grey SIG SAN gas blocks for sale. I had these on my 556 rifles and I noticed that I needed less front sight windage with these than the factory SIG USA black gas blocks. No pins are included as you can simply use your existing pins or get them from a hardware aisle. Minor finish wear around the sling points. They are a perfect fit for the SIG USA 556.

Gatewood has these for $159plus tax, plus shipping.

I'll sell them for $150 each. I'll cover shipping in USPS Small flat rate box.

No coil pins? These don't use the US-spec pins, they have their own

The pins that come in the 556 fit these just fine both diameter and OAL.
