    Ok, this is how I fixed the loose grip problem(s). I cut a small 1/2" o-ring into 1/4's and then wedged one of the pieces between the top hand...

    Thanks for the break-in link and suggestion for modifying the grips to fit. I'm going to give it a try. I'll let you know how it works out.
