I just installed both Art's hammer and sear along with Scoro-550. The factory trigger was over 12lbs (top of scale for my gage) with very long, gritty travel and a uncertain let-off. I could never tell when it was going to drop... The trigger was the worst of all my guns....I have several very cheap double action revolvers that are not that bad..... I now have a 5lb trigger pull at let-off that my dry fire tests indicate should shrink my groups..... Excellent service from both.... Suggestion; I had fun getting the spacers, etc. in the right place....has anyone thought of doing a You-Tube video of the installation process? I will report results after my range session.... Thanks,

Any updates? I would be interested in a trigger for the 522.

Also are kits for the 556 ready to ship? How do I order, just send money through PayPal?

Yes, just send money, make sure your mailing address is in there.

556 and 522 are both shipping. The shortcoming of the 522, as it seems you have seen in the posts, is that there is no real second stage. I've got an idea to make a trigger shoe that I could thread a commercial spring plunger in, so it would not require modifications to the rifle, but that will be a modification for the coming winter.

I think that getting SIG's original plunger parts is not difficult, but it does require drilling a few holes in the receiver, so I'd rather not recommend that to people, as someone might screw it up.

Just bought one of Scoro's spring kits on Ebay.

If these don't work on the 556R, someone will be acquiring a nice spring kit for cheap!

    =-)

The feed backs from several 556R owners are positive. Installation and usage of spring kit and the trigger parts is the same like in .223 Rem.

And... currently there are only a few kits paddling in the bay.

Will you be making any more of these kits (Scoro). Please say yes.

I'm not sure these will be selling on ebay, as he has an Ebay Germany account, and they clamped down on all gunparts, even springs. I'll talk to him sometime soon to see if we can figure out an alternative channel.

Please let me know if you come up with something. I have been unsuccessful at locating the springs.
